TENNIS TEAM TAKES A SWING AT BISON FRIDAY

HAMPTON, Va. -- The Hampton University tennis teams are set to host the Bison of Howard University on Friday at 1 p.m. at the Center Court Racket in Newport News, Va.
The Pirates and Lady Pirates come into this match seeded at the number one spot of the MEAC Northern Division. The women’s team is 4-6 on the season and spotless in the conference. The men’s team is 3-6 on the season thus far, looking to improve heading into the final stretch of the season.
The Pirates will travel to Baltimore, Md. to face Coppin State on Saturday and then return home Sunday to host the Bears of Morgan State.
