HAMPTON, Va. – The Hampton University men's and women's tennis teams will not travel to Winthrop to compete as listed on the schedule. The Pirates will get ready to host North Carolina Central University and Delaware State University on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
The matches are set to take place on the beautiful campus of Hampton University. Please check the weather, because with inclement weather the match will be held at Center Court Racket in Newport News.

The men's tennis team comes into the weekend 2-6 and won its last match against Maryland Eastern-Shore with a convincing 7-0 performance. The Eagles are 4-9 thus far in the 2009 season, while the Hornets are 2-0.
