NORFOLK, Va. – Hampton sophomore guard
Jermaine Marrow was named on Tuesday as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Co-Player of the Week for the week ending Nov. 27.
Marrow led Hampton to a 2-1 record over the past week with averages of 17.3 points, 6.7 assists and two steals per game.
The 6-1 sophomore from Newport News, Va. received Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational All-Tournament honors as he scored 19 points with eight assists and four steals versus Northern Arizona while scoring 19 points and seven assists versus Rider. He closed out the week with a 15-point, five-assist night against St. Leo on Monday.
Hampton returns to action on Wednesday night hosting Mid-Atlantic Christian University at 7 pm in the HU Convocation Center.
