Ran a 57.77 in the 400-meter dash at the Colonial Relays, finishing 14th… finished seventh in the 400-meter dash at the Hampton Relays, running a 59.12… tied for 18th in the 400-meter dash at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, running a 58.20… ran a season-best 56.96 in the preliminaries of the 400-meter dash at the MEAC Championships, finishing 11th.
2008-09 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 59.95 in the 400-meter dash at the CNU Holiday Open to finish 12th… finished third in the 400-meter dash at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invite, running a 58.60… finished second in the 400-meter dash at the Vince Brown Invitational, running a 59.28.
2008 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished 34th in the 400-meter dash at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 58.27… finished 22nd in the 200-meter dash at the Murray Neely Invitational at North Carolina A&T, running a 26.17… also finished 21st in the 400-meter dash with a time of 58.27… time of 59.02 in the 400-meter dash at the Morgan State Legacy Meet was good enough for 12th.
2007-08 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Won the 400-meter dash at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational, running a 58.71… finished third in the 400-meter dash as the Father Diamond Invitational at George Mason with a time of 59.24… finished seventh in the 400-meter dash at the University of Maryland Terrapin Invitational, running a 59.21.
2007 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Finished 12th in the Maryland-Eastern Shore Lid-Lifter Invite with a time of 23:09.36… time of 23:16.00 at the Norfolk State Invitational was good enough for 25th.
LONG BEACH POLY HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year performer on the Long Beach Poly track & field team… named track & field MVP as a freshman… named MVP again her sophomore year as Long Beach Poly won the Moore League championship… ran both cross country and track as a junior.
