2008 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the long jump and triple jump… won the triple jump at the Wake Forest Open with a distance of 12.63 meters… also competed in the 200-meter dash (25.18 – 20th) and the long jump (4.81m – 28th)… won the long jump at the Murray Neely Invitational, jumping 6.04 meters… also took the long jump title at the Morgan State Legacy Meet with a distance of 6.10 meters… finished fifth in the long jump at the Penn Relays with a distance of 6.06 meters… finished second in both the long jump (6.15m) and the triple jump (12.69m) at the MEAC Championships.
2007-08 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Third Team All-MEAC in the triple jump… finished third in the 200-meter dash at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational, running a 25.95… finished second in the long jump (5.56m) and fourth in the triple jump (11.76m) at the Maryland Invitational… jumped 12.45 meters in the triple jump at the Penn State National Invitational to finish fourth… finished 15th in the 200-meter dash at the Texas Roadhouse Carolina Classic with a time of 25.05… finished 13th in the long jump ay the New Balance Invitational with a distance of 5.70 meters… competed in three events at the MEAC Championships: the long jump (5.55m – 4th), the triple jump (12.24m – 3rd) and the 200-meter dash (25.69 – 18th).
2007 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished fifth in the 400-meter dash at the Norfolk State Invitational, running a 58.24… finished eighth in the 200-meter dash (24.35) and 10th in the 400-meter dash (57.04) at the George Mason Classic… finished fourth in the long jump at the International Friendship & Freedom meet with a distance of 5.91 meters… jumped 11.86 meters in the triple jump at the Penn Relays, finishing 11th… finished fourth in the long jump at the MEAC Championships with a distance of 5.60 meters.
2006-07 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished second in the triple jump (12.59m) and sixth in the 200-meter dash (24.35) at the Christopher Newport Lid-Lifter Invitational… finished third in the long jump (5.92m) and fifth in the triple jump (12.55m) at the Virginia Tech Invitational… ran a 25.16 in the 200-meter dash at the Maryland Invitational to finish fourth, while finishing fifth in the triple jump with a distance of 12.55 meters… finished eighth in the triple jump (11.93m) and 11th in the long jump (5.51m) at the Penn State National Invitational… finished fourth in both the long jump (5.94m) and the triple jump (12.60m) at the New Balance Invitational… earned Second Team All-MEAC honors in the long jump and triple jump by finishing second in each – 5.74 meters in the long jump and 12.48 meters in the triple jump.

Third Team All-MEAC in the long jump and triple jump… finished 10th in the VCU Ram Invitational with a time of 1:01.17… finished 36th in the 400-meter dash (59.65) and 14th in the long jump (5.39m) at the Raleigh Relays… jumped 5.41 meters in the long jump at the Maryland Invitational to finish 12th… won both the long jump (5.25m) and the triple jump (11.74m) at the Christopher Newport 3-Way Meet… finished third in both the long jump (5.75m) and the triple jump (12.46m) at the MEAC Championships.
2005-06 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished second to teammate Yvette Lewis in the long jump at the Christopher Newport Lid-Lifter Invitational with a distance of 5.41 meters… ran a 1:00.01 in the 400-meter dash at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational to finish seventh… finished 23rd in the 400-meter dash (1:00.09) and 15th in the long jump (5.52m) at the Virginia Tech Invitational… competed in three events in the Maryland Invitational: the 400-meter dash (59.07 – 7th), the long jump (5.25m – 8th) and the triple jump (11.61m – 3rd)… won the triple jump at Liberty’s On Track Open… finished 13th in the 400-meter dash at the UNC Chapel Hill Carolina Classic, running a 59.56… finished fourth in the triple jump (12.00m) and fifth in the long jump (5.63m) at the MEAC Championships.

Helped Meadowbrook win Central District championships all four years she was there… won the Central Region champion in both the long jump and the triple jump as a junior… won district, region and Group AAA state titles in the triple jump her senior year.
