NORFOLK, Va. – Hampton University men's tennis player Park Wan-Young was named to the 2013 All-MEAC Tennis Team announced Thursday by the MEAC Office, as voted on by the conference's head tennis coaches and sports information directors.

Park Wan-Young (Daeduk-Gu, Daejeon) a sophomore earned First Team All-MEAC honors after going 8-4 on the season overall in singles play and 5-0 in conference play. Park also combined for a 5-5 record in doubles play and 3-1 in MEAC action.

On the women's side, South Carolina State's Maria Craciun was named the MEAC Player of the Year, while the Lady Eagles David Nass was named Coach of the Year and Lady Eagles Aissa Muamba was named MEAC Rookie of the Year.

On the men's side, Florida A&M's C. Salif Kante was named the MEAC Player of the Year, while the Norfolk State's Nate Feldman was named Coach of the Year and Dzmitry Zhymantovich of Norfolk State was named MEAC Rookie of the Year.
