HAMPTON, Va. – Hampton University head football coach Donovan Rose, in his third season at the helm, dedicated the first plaque for the new football locker room located in Holland Hall.

Rose, who was an assistant for 18 years before becoming the head coach, is a 1979 graduate of Hampton. 

“It is an honor and a privilege to give back to the football program that gave me an opportunity to play football and to further my education,” Rose said. “Hopefully some of my teammates, former players and Hampton alumni can join me in this worthwhile cause and purchase a plaque.”
